Join Professor Michael North from the Stern Business School at New York University for a lecture exploring attitudes to ageing in the workforce and beyond. Professor North's research is rooted in social psychology, focuses primarily on challenges of, and consideration for, the ageing and increasingly intergenerational workforce.

He has published research in leading academic journals, including Psychological Bulletin, Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin and Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, and has authored articles for Harvard Business Review and The Society for Human Resource Management.

Professor North’s work has also been featured in media outlets such as The New York Times, TIME, Wednesday, 8 February 2017 The Huffington Post, Scientific American and NPR.

This lecture is presented in partnership between the Centre for Workplace Leadership and the Hallmark Ageing Research Initiative and Centre for Employment & Labour Relations Law.
